of January 29, 2022, we operated 730 DICK'S Sporting Goods locations across the
United States, serving and inspiring our customers, whom we refer to as
athletes, to achieve their personal best through interactions with our dedicated
employees, whom we refer to as our teammates, in-store experiences and unique
specialty shop-in-shops. In addition to DICK'S Sporting Goods stores, we own and
operate Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, Public Lands and Going Going Gone! stores,
and sell our product both online and through our mobile apps.
