Overview
Interline Resources Corporation (the "Company") is a Utah corporation with its
principal and executive offices located at 160 West Canyon Crest Road, Alpine,
Utah 84004, telephone (801) 756-3031. The Company has had limited operations
since a fire destroyed our Well Draw Gas Plant in June 2002. Since the fire,
the Company has focused on finding financing to rebuild the Well Draw Plant and
on settling litigation matters related to the fire.
