As used herein, unless the context otherwise dictates, the term "Resideo", the
"Company", "we", "us" or "our" means Resideo Technologies, Inc. and its
consolidated subsidiaries.
We separated from Honeywell International Inc. ("Honeywell"), becoming an
independent publicly traded company as a result of a pro rata distribution of
our common stock to stockholders of Honeywell ("the Spin-Off"). Our common stock
began trading "regular way" under the ticker symbol "REZI" on the NYSE on
October 29, 2018.
Description of Business
Resideo is a leading global manufacturer and developer of technology-driven
products and components that provide critical comfort, energy management, and
safety and security solutions to over 150 million homes globally.
